Parent Survey
A key aspect of assessing whether the school is meeting the needs of its community is through directly asking for feedback on key areas based upon the questions asked by the OFSTED Parent View, during inspection.
Parent View aims to gather information on 12 themes:
- My child is happy at this school
- My child feels safe at this school
- My child makes good progress at this school
- My child is well looked after at this school
- My child is taught well at this school
- My child receives appropriate homework for their age
- This school makes sure its pupils are well behaved
- This school deals effectively with bullying
- This school is well led and managed
- This school responds well to any concerns I raise
- I receive valuable information from the school about my child’s progress
- Would you recommend this school to another parent
Families can complete an official OFSTED Parent View at any time, but as a school we also look to gather this information annually through an e-survey administered by the school and we are fortunate that we routinely have 100+ responses, providing the school with a clear feedback base.
Summaries of each survey can be found at the bottom of the page and these include the response made by the school to each finding as we look to continually improve. However, the key findings were as follows:
May 2024
This survey was conducted by the school and we were extremely happy with a number of 100% positive ratings as well as 99% of families reporting that they would recommend the school to another parent.
May 2023
This survey was conducted by the school and probably, the most pleasing response of all is that 100% of families said they would recommend the school to another parent. This is an amazing achievement and something we are hugely proud of.
